GUIDELINES AND PRACTICES FOR WORK ORDERS DURING COVID-19

We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this difficult time.  In order to make sure we are practicing safe social distancing and  following the guidelines put forth by the CDC and medical experts around the country we have implemented some process changes in response to COVID-19

 

 

  • Technicians that are going to the store or office are equipped with proper PPE, including masks and gloves.
     

  • To safely service our clients we require that any technician heading to one of a clients locations should contact the manager prior to arrival to inform them of our arrival time
     

  • We have made some changes regarding paperwork and obtaining a signature, during this time period and for the foreseeable future,  managers are able to write down the WO order number and provide their signature on a piece of paper and take a picture and text it to you rather than you having them sign a paper in your possession.  This is to encourage safe social distancing.
